Transition to EdPay

During the transition from Novopay Online (NOL) to EdPay we’ve prioritised the features you use most. That’s why timesheets and leave have been available in EdPay for some time and End of Year will be part of our EdPay service for the first time.

With the switch-off of Novopay Online on 20 October, we’ve outlined:
1. Which current NOL features will be available in EdPay on 20 October
2. What you need to download in NOL before the 20 October NOL switch-off
3. What you’ll need to download in EdPay before 5pm on 22 November (when End of Year closes)
4. Which current NOL features will be available later in EdPay
5. What's not moving to EdPay.

There are also two things you’ll need to do in NOL before switch off, and one thing you’ll need to do in EdPay before End of Year closes at 5pm on 22 November.

As part of the EOY process, the EOY Report CSV will be available while the EdPay EOY screens are open, from 20 October to 5pm 22 November. After that it will not be accessible.

We recommend that you download and save a digital copy for your records, before 5pm on 22 November. This is especially important for those schools who want to keep this report and update it throughout the year.
