Most of your payroll work can be done directly online in Novopay Online. This is quicker and easier than using payroll forms and you can check your changes straight away in Novopay. There are still certain processes where forms are required and need to be submitted to the Novopay Service Centre.
Novopay forms should be opened and completed using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. If you use other software, some of the information you have entered may not be visible to the Novopay Service Centre. This will result in the Service Centre returning the form to you to complete and submit again.

Remember to choose the operating system you use (Windows 7, XP, Vista, Mac OS 10) before downloading Adobe Reader.

Use these forms to either apply for an allowance that requires Ministry approval (i.e. MITA) or request a banking staff adjustment.
