Some schools have experienced errors today when downloading a report and have seen an error message: “Failed to fetch Reports to select for download"
To fix this please log out of EdPay, clear your cache from the last 7 days, and log back in to EdPay and this should resolve the error.
To clear the cache in Chrome
Hold down Shift, Control and Delete to open the Clear browsing data window.
Select 7 days from the drop-down box, select all three boxes, and choose clear data.
