Expanded phone support from Monday
Your dedicated payroll adviser will be available by phone from the expanded hours of 9:30am to 3:30pm from Monday (June 22).
As things are beginning to return to normal, the teams will continue to use their time off the phones to focus on processing your instructions, as well as conferring with each other to improve the consistency of their advice. We will monitor how well these hours work for schools and make adjustments as needed.
