Concurrence for principals
School boards may apply for additional remuneration for principals who perform duties beyond the provisions of their collective agreement. This must be approved by the Industrial Relations Unit of the Ministry of Education on behalf of the Secretary for Education. Boards cannot pay any additional payment to principals without Ministry concurrence.
