Education Payroll processes schools’ payroll on behalf of the Ministry of Education in line with school's instructions. 

If you are school employee and your question is about your current or previous pay, please discuss this with your school. Your school will have all your pay information and can raise a query through the correct channels. See also: Information for school employees

Statement of service		Complete a NOVO9t form and an authorised user can email the completed, signed form to support@novopay.govt.nz.  If you are not in contact with the school, you can email the form to info@novopay.govt.nz with Statement of service in the subject line.
