Email set up to help individuals with pay issues

If you have had issues with your pay please email us on and include the following information:

  • Your name, or the name of the individual whose issues you are advising us of;
  • Your school;
  • Your MOE number;
  • The best email to contact you on;
  • What the pay issue is and what period it's for.

Please note: this email has been specifically set up to help individuals who are not authorised users of the Novopay Service with their pay issues. Authorised users of the Novopay Service raising issues on behalf of individuals should email or telephone the Novopay Service Centre.

Please be as specific as possible when advising us of the pay issue so we can investigate and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
